Shipping Policy
At BAFFLL, we are committed to delivering your orders in perfect condition and within the promised time frame. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
- Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving them.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Next-Day Delivery: ₹100/- extra.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50/- additional charge per item.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
If your order is not delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at hello@baffll.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Package Safety
If your package appears tampered with or unsealed, please record a video while opening the bag and taking the product out. This video may be required to process a claim or raise a concern.
