At BAFFLL, we take great pride in the quality of our puzzles and strive to deliver products you’ll love. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The request for refund is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for reasons related to change of mind or personal preference.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at hello@baffll.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos clearly showing the problem.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us (depending on your location).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products returned without original packaging or that appear used.
- Orders placed under special discounts or clearance sales.
- COD charges, next-day delivery charges, and shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please record a video while unboxing and share it with us immediately. This will help us investigate and process your claim more efficiently.
